| Make sure
Authentic-ID Toolbar is selected to view.

View menu in your Internet
Explorer browser |

Point to Toolbars
and make sure there is a check mark next to
Authentic-ID Toolbar |

If there is no check mark,
click on Authentic-ID Toolbar.

| Make sure
your toolbars are not locked. |

Click on the View
menu in your Internet Explorer browser |

Point to Toolbars
and make sure there is not a check mark next
to Lock the Toolbars. |

If there is a check mark,
click on Lock the Toolbars to remove it. |

If necessary, follow the
steps above to then display the Authentic-ID
Toolbar. |

| Make sure
you have enough toolbar space to display Authentic-ID
Toolbar. |

Point your mouse to the
point where the toolbars meet the top of the
browser window. |

The cursor will change from
a large white arrow to a thin, black up/down
arrow. |

Drag down on the bottom
of the toolbar to create another line of toolbars.

to move the toolbar to another position. |

The Authentic-ID Toolbar
toolbar needs to be moved so that it is displaying
fully. Follow the instructions below.

| Can I
move the Authentic-ID Toolbar toolbar?
|
|
|
| |
You can move and reposition
Authentic-ID Toolbar (and any Internet Explorer
toolbars) by dragging their left edge handle.
You may also need to move other toolbars to
create the space you need. To move the toolbar
to the left, drag the handle to the left.
To move the toolbar down to another row, drag
the handle down and position it where you
want. |

| How do
I turn Authentic-ID Toolbar on or off?

To turn Authentic-ID Toolbar
on or off, click the Authentic-ID
Toolbar button. A circle with a line
through the siren icon indicates that Authentic-ID
Toolbar is off. |

| I have
visited a web page that I believe may be fraudulent
or unsafe. |
|
|
| |
If you have landed on a
page that you believe may have fraudulent
or unsafe content, you can report it to our
online database. Click the Report
Unsafe button. Any site you
report as Unsafe is saved locally on your
computer and will always give you a warning,
even if it is not in our online database.

| I am
getting a warning for a web page I want to
visit, that I believe is safe. |
|
|
| |
When Authentic-ID Toolbar
reports that a web page is unsafe, you still
are able to visit that web page. Click the
link that says Continue anyway.
You will go to the page you originally tried
to visit without warning. It may occur that
benign websites still produce a warning. If
you feel the warning is in error, click the
down arrow next to the score indicator and
select Report Safe. Any site
you report as Safe is saved in your account
and will always allow you to visit without
a warning, even if it is in our online database
of unsafe addresses. |

| How do
I make it so that I can always visit a website
without getting a warning? |
|

| |
If you are getting a warning
for a web page that you visit frequently,
you can bypass this warning by reporting the
website as Safe on your computer. Simply click
the down arrow next to the score indicator
and select Report Safe. Any
site you report as Safe is saved in your account
and will always allow you to visit without
a warning, even if it is in our online database
of unsafe addresses. |

| I accidentally
reported a web site as unsafe or safe.
|
|

If you accidentally clicked
Report Safe or Report
Unsafe, you can change the status
of the URL you reported in your settings dialog.
Follow these steps: |

Click the arrow next to the
Score Indicator. |
| 2 |
Select Edit Safe/Unsafe. |
| 3 |
Locate the web address you
want to change. |
| 4 |
Double-click on the address
to change from Safe to Unsafe or vice versa.
An "X" indicates an unsafe site
and a checkmark indicates a safe site. To
delete the address altogether, select it and
click the Delete button. |

| How do
I uninstall Authentic-ID Toolbar?

To uninstall Authentic-ID
Toolbar, follow these instructions: |
| 2. |
Go to the Start
Menu and click on Control Panel.
For Windows 98, go to Settings,
then Control Panel. |
| 3. |
Double click on Add
or Remove Programs. |
| 4. |
Find Authentic-ID Toolbar
in the list and click on it. Then click the
Change/Remove button. |
| 5. |
A dialog will pop up that
asks you to confirm that you want to remove
Authentic-ID Toolbar. |
| 6. |
Click OK.
